OnDeck deals with days, not times. With a distributed team, every day is "that person's day". Most likely this is how you already think about it.
Something very similar existed (as 'Mandays') at New Bamboo in ~2008. When I started Fire Hazard, I rebuilt it again there (~2015), under the name 'Firepower'. Now I need it again, so I've built it again. New team, new tech stack, same battle-tested concept.
